This led us to an embankment on a long and successful journey since June, 2011. Since then this journey has taken us through a course of challenges and experiences.

Our goals were clear; we knew that we have to fill the gaping hole with the right skill set with respect to technical skills, Communications skills, aptitude and most important their attitude. Learning is an ongoing and welcoming process at Nacre. It is this approach that has helped us to overcome many challenges.

Mr.N. N.V Naresh

An entrepreneur armed with a noble vision to make a difference in the career aspirations of generations of students.
Mr.Naresh being a visionary, conceptualized a training model to impart the best in the industry at the lowest cost. He has been instrumental in bringing Nacre into existence with an aim to provide free training to fresh graduates and see that they are deployed. A huge task though but made it a reality through his sheer dedication and belief that it is possible.
Mr.Naresh is reckoned to be the Pioneer in creating The United States of Ameerpet as the most intense, intricate and ingenious IT Eco-System in the Country (as described by The Economic Times, dated 22-Sep-2010).

Mr.N.V.S Murthy

Murthy, ex-Wipro employee, laden with a passion for the industry, and leadership skills that were obvious through his current work at managing NIT. He has been behind several strategic new business initiatives at NIT and displayed the ability to mature new ideas.

If there’s one thing that Murthy is good at, is the art of assessing people. A perfect visionary. His passion to deliver feasible solutions in every field goes way back to his college days, since when he has been enthusiastically looking into solutions and bringing them to life. His commitment towards bringing about a tangible difference, led to nurturing long-term relationship with Nacreans. As the company’s Lead Strategy, Murthy defines Nacre’s technology strategy and manages the design and rollout of company’s full suite business applications.

Having worked in IT industry for a long time, he brought in his wealth of technical experience in Project Management, Software Development, Training and Maintenance support, He has helped to develop and closely manage each step of the product development life cycle at NACRE. Having been responsible for formulating the company’s unique training and mentoring strategy, Murthy has led Nacre to great success through sustained growth and expansion.
